Timo de Graaf and Tren Drexhage have been rewarded for their outstanding performances, with both players being named All-Conference in their first season in the USA. Drexhage was second on the team in points with 3 goals and 5 assists, whilst de Graaf led the team’s defense with six clean sheets and a hat trick against Southern Wesleyan.
Both players were integral to Chowan’s historic season, leading the team to its first Conference Carolinas Tournament Championship, NCAA Tournament participation, first NCAA Tournament win, and NCAA Sweet 16 appearance. The Hawks finished the season ranked in the top 15 men’s soccer programs in DII.
