We are pleased to announce that Sergios Fenediris will be joining Virginia Tech, a collegiate sports powerhouse. A product of APOEL Nicosia's academy, Feneridis made his Cyprus U21 NT debut earlier this season. Feneridis previously represented Russia's national team at U19 level.
Virginia Tech competes in NCAA Division 1 and with an athletics department budget of over $90 million, Virginia Tech is home to some of the best facilities in collegiate sport. The team competes in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) which is considered the most prestigious conference in collegiate soccer. Under head coach Mike Brizendine, over 25 players have gone on to play professionally, including 2020 no1 MLS SuperDraft Pick, Daniel Pereira.
Virginia Tech's undergraduate engineering program has been ranked No. 15 according to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges publication. In addition the school's undergraduate business program is ranked in the top 40.
