We are pleased to announce that Pantelis Gavriel will be joining the Univeresity of South Carolina, a collegiate sports powerhouse. A product of ENP Paralimni's academy, Gavriel made his Cyprus U21 NT debut in June 2023. Gavriel, who made his top division debut aged 16, has made over 40 appearances for ENP Paralimni's first team the past two seasons in the Cyprus Top Division and the 2nd tier.
South Carolina competes in NCAA Division 1 and with an athletics department budget of over $140 million, South carolina is home to some of the best facilities in collegiate sport. In 2022 the men's soccer program boasted the highest average attendance in all of NCAA Division 1. In addition the team had remarkable success of the pitch, earning the highest GPA in all of NCAA Division 1.
